Background

Background

New practice. Many years of experience.

Dr. Stefan Balzer served for many years as a senior physician at the Heart Center of the Schüchtermann Clinic. He now sees patients at his own private practice in Bad Rothenfelde. People with heart conditions are reluctant to put their trust in an unfamiliar name.
A new practice doesn’t have a reputation to speak of. And the private practice model raises questions even before an appointment is scheduled: Will my insurance cover it? Do I need a referral? Without clear answers, patients remain hesitant.

Solution & Procedure

Solution & Procedure

Time for a conversation. Even online.

The website first explains who Dr. Balzer is and then shows how an appointment works: four steps, from a callback the next business day to the written report—with a copy sent to the patient’s primary care physician’s office upon request. There’s no guesswork about what happens after you submit a request.
An interactive heart icon leads to seven categories—ranging from arrhythmias to heart valves—so patients can find their specific concern right away. Preventive care, sports cardiology, and diagnostics each have their own pages. The FAQ section clarifies details in advance for self-pay patients, including the GOÄ fee schedule, private insurance coverage, and referral procedures.
