Website Relaunch for Businesses

A website relaunch without any downtime. Rankings, content, and inquiries all come along for the ride.

We plan and build your relaunch from the initial assessment through to after go-live: structure, design, technology, accessibility, and a seamless SEO migration with redirects.

  • Dedicated Point of Contact
  • SEO Migration with Redirects
  • The code and access are yours
Two Ways to Relaunch

Start from scratch or take it step by step.

Not every relaunch has to change everything at once. We recommend the approach that best suits your content, your team, and your timeline.

Complete Relaunch

New structure, new design, new technology.

For websites whose structure no longer aligns with the company's needs or whose system can no longer be maintained effectively.

  • Overview of Content, Rankings, and Queries
  • New page structure and content tailored to your target audiences
  • Design and implementation in Framer, WordPress, or a headless CMS
  • Forwarding table for each old address
  • Accessibility in accordance with the BFSG from the very beginning
Phased Relaunch

First, the most important things; then the rest.

For large websites or tight deadlines: We start with the pages that generate the most traffic and work through the rest according to plan.

  • Prioritization by Visitors and Inquiries
  • New and old areas seamlessly connected
  • Each stage has its own acceptance process
  • Redirects and Search Console at Every Stage
  • A dedicated point of contact throughout every stage

What's Included

We'll take care of that during the relaunch.

A relaunch is more than just a new design. These factors determine whether the new website will perform better than the old one from day one.

From Our Projects

Relaunches we've implemented.

Four companies, four starting points. What they have in common is the transition from a website that had simply grown over time to one that now works for them.

Here's how the relaunch works—in four steps.

The Beginning

Analysis and Specifications

We'll review the content, technical aspects, rankings, and user queries of your current website and document the goals and requirements in the specifications.

You can see everything

Concept and Design

We work with you to develop the site structure, content, and designs. You provide feedback before anything is built.

No Black Box

Implementation and Migration

We'll build the new website, import your content, and set up a redirect for each old URL.

After that, we'll see what happens next

Go-Live and Follow-Up Review

After launch, we check Search Console, redirects, and load times, and make corrections before rankings are affected.

What you're probably wondering right now.

The questions that always come up during a relaunch. Here are the answers.

How long does a website relaunch take?

That depends primarily on the scope, content, and approval processes. We'll work together to set the timeline after the initial assessment, with fixed deadlines for drafts, approval, and go-live.

Will we lose our Google rankings as a result of the relaunch?

Not if the migration is planned properly. We set up a redirect for each old address, transfer the metadata, and check in Search Console after the go-live to make sure everything is working.

How much does a relaunch cost?

That depends on the scope, features, and content. Our cost calculator under “Website Costs” provides an initial estimate; you’ll receive a binding written quote after the initial consultation.

Can we keep our current system?

Yes, if it meets your requirements. We recommend the system based on the specifications, not the other way around. Often, these are Framer, WordPress, or a headless CMS.

Who will maintain the content after the relaunch?

You, if you'd like. We'll set up the website so your team can update the text and images on their own, and we'll show the people in charge how to do it. If you'd like, we can handle the ongoing maintenance.

Do you work with our IT department or other service providers?

Yes. We coordinate hosting, domains, interfaces, and data protection with your IT department and document decisions in writing.

Do we even need a maintenance contract?

If you have someone on your team who reliably keeps track of updates, backups, and website availability, then not necessarily. But if you don't have that time, an outdated website poses the greatest risk: security vulnerabilities, downtime, and ultimately, a costly rebuild.

Who owns the records and data?

You. You retain all access rights and data, even if you cancel the service.

Are you planning a relaunch?

Send us a quick note telling us what kind of website you have and what changes you'd like to make. We'll get back to you with an initial assessment and a proposal for the next steps.
