Larger partnerships and platforms involving extensive in-house development can cost significantly more. We’ll provide you with the exact price after an initial consultation, during which we’ll clarify the scope and requirements. What we don’t do: wild guesses or “starting at €499” bait-and-switch offers.

We estimate it will take 4 to 8 weeks from the initial briefing to go-live. This depends on the scope of the project and how quickly you can provide feedback and deliver content. More complex projects involving multiple languages or special integrations may take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before we sign the contract—not just during implementation.

We’ll sort that out during our initial consultation. If you have your own text and photos, that’s great. If not, we’ll handle the copywriting ourselves or bring in experienced copywriters and photographers to work on the project. Yes. Hosting in Germany, data protection-compliant analytics, proper cookie management, and a data processing agreement are all included. We also comply with the new Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG, effective June 2025) in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, to the extent that it applies to your business. Violations can result in fines of up to €100,000. We build our platforms so you don’t have to worry about that.

Upon request, we can handle hosting, maintenance, updates, and minor content adjustments. We can bill you either on a per-task basis or through a monthly maintenance package. Neither option requires a minimum term. If you’d like to continue working on the project yourself, we’ll provide you with comprehensive documentation and train your team.

Absolutely. You get the code, design files, login credentials—everything. You can even handle the hosting yourself if you want. We don't rely on any proprietary systems that tie you to us. If you ever want to continue working somewhere else, you can do so at any time.

For fixed-price projects, we clarify the scope in advance in such detail that both parties know exactly what will be delivered. If you want to add new features or pages during the project, we’ll provide a clear, separate quote for them. No hidden surcharges, no late surprises on the invoice.
