A solar system is more than just panels on the roof.

Anyone who decides to install a photovoltaic system doesn’t want to have to deal with bureaucratic red tape and coordinate multiple contractors on top of that. Yet this is precisely what often happens with solar projects in Switzerland: multiple points of contact for planning, installation, and storage, plus the paperwork related to ZEV or subsidies.
PrimoSolar provides a dedicated point of contact who remains responsible throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to commissioning. For this promise to come across as credible online, the website must convey it just as clearly as it is explained in person.

One point of contact, one process, clear from the very beginning.

The four services—photovoltaics, battery storage, ZEV installations, and e-mobility—are explained individually so that prospective customers can immediately understand which option best suits their project.
Key figures, such as over 1,000 installed modules and more than 10 years of experience, build trust even before the first consultation takes place. This is complemented by an FAQ section covering the process, funding opportunities, and the storage of excess solar power.
The message “from planning to signing” runs throughout the entire site and makes it clear that customers have a dedicated point of contact throughout the entire process, including for dealing with government paperwork.

Trust, even before the first inquiry is made.

Today, prospective clients can see at a glance what services they need and who will be responsible for them throughout the entire project.
The combination of clearly defined services, transparent metrics, and a commitment to a single point of contact turns an inquiry into a concrete next step rather than a vague contact form.
