Trust is the core service.
SettleSmart is Asmeret Radely’s personal brand, which supports international professionals and their families as they relocate to Germany—from finding housing to obtaining a visa. Anyone relocating to a new country won’t entrust this task to just anyone.
For an independent consultant with such a personal service promise, a simple contact page isn’t enough. Prospective clients—whether companies or individual professionals—need to get a sense online of who is behind the service and just how comprehensive the support actually is.

Nine achievements, one story behind them.

The website begins by introducing Asmeret Radely, who grew up moving around internationally herself, and uses this as the foundation for her consulting services, rather than simply treating it as a resume.
The individual services—ranging from orientation tours and real estate searches to settling-in and family services, as well as career support, driver’s licenses, and dealing with government agencies—are clearly listed so that companies and individual expats can immediately see exactly what kind of support they’ll receive.
Genuine testimonials from international professionals and executives show what it’s like to receive this support in everyday life. An additional “Start Compass” answers practical questions about the housing market, health insurance, or the school system even before a consultation takes place.
